Ingredients required :
1 mango, pitted and peeled
1 inch piece of ginger
½ teaspoon black mustard seeds
2 pinches cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
optional : chili as per taste
Fresh Mango dip or Chutney recipe
Dry roast black mustard seeds until they start popping.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until just smooth.
