Simple fat burning smoothie recipe with healthy fruits and vegetables

This healthy nutritious drink is rich in enzymes and can help you lose weight, extremely good for skin, hair, bone, heart and eye health, and provide protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients required:

1 banana,

1/4 of apple,

fresh lemon juice (adjust amount as per taste),

1 orange,  

few strands of spinach and

100cc water

How to make healthy green smoothie for weight loss?

1. Peel and cored the apples. Cut apple and banana into small pieces. Keep apple and banana pieces separately.  Sprinkle  fresh lemon juice on top of it and keep it into freezer for some time. Adding lemon before keeping them into freezer will prevent oxidation of apple, banana and enhance the taste of the drink.

2. Peel the oranges and divide them into group. Thoroughly wash spinach and roughly cut it into sections.

3. Once apple and banana get frozen. Put frozen blocks of apple and banana along with oranges and spinach. Add little water for smoother blending.
