3 easy yoga poses for weight loss

1. Cobra twist ( Bhujangasana)

2. Boat pose /V-position (Navasana)

The main benefits of boat pose include

It helps to strengthen the core muscle and correct the spine posture.
It helps to tighten the abdomen muscle and help to lose abdomen fat.

Balance your torso as such that it makes “V” shape with the body. 

Bring your arms straight in line with shoulder.
Balance this whole posture on your bottom. 

Stay in this positions long as you can and repeat it up to 5 times 

 3.  Tiger pose (Vyaghrasana)

Benefits of tiger pose includes:

 
  • stretches and strengthen spine and sciatic nerve
  • reduces the fat around waist, hip, thigh area
  • extremely good for reproductive organs
