Ingredients required: 

Bamboo shoots – 150g

Celery – 200g

Salt as per taste

Step by step recipe to make helathy celery bamboo shoot salad or side dish

  1. Remove the celery leaves, and wash celery sticks and bamboo shoots well.
  2. Chop the washed celery sticks.
  3. Cut bamboo shoots into the strips.
  4. Add chopped celery sticks into the pan and fry.
  5. Add bamboo shoots to it and fry them together.
  6. Add little salt about half teaspoon or as per your taste to it.
  7.  Optionally add other spices like turmeric, pepper, add a little water and fry.
  8. Transfer it to the plate or a bowl and enjoy.
