Ingredients required:
Bamboo shoots – 150g
Celery – 200g
Salt as per taste
Step by step recipe to make helathy celery bamboo shoot salad or side dish
- Remove the celery leaves, and wash celery sticks and bamboo shoots well.
- Chop the washed celery sticks.
- Cut bamboo shoots into the strips.
- Add chopped celery sticks into the pan and fry.
- Add bamboo shoots to it and fry them together.
- Add little salt about half teaspoon or as per your taste to it.
- Optionally add other spices like turmeric, pepper, add a little water and fry.
- Transfer it to the plate or a bowl and enjoy.
