Ingredients required:

Pomegranate – 1

Honey – the right amount

Lemon juice – the right amount

Salt/ black salt – the right amount

Cucumber – the right amount

Celery – the right amount

Lemon – the right amount

Lettuce – the right amount

Carrot – the right amount

Healthy pomegranate salad recipe

  1. Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Peel off and cut pomegranate. Carefully remove pomegranate seeds.
  3. Dice other ingredients. But dice half lemon.
  4. Place all ingredients in to a bowl and mix well. Squeeze the juice out of other half lemon. Add required amount of salt and honey, and mix evenly.

Tips: 

  • Serve chill after keeping it in refrigeration for 1 hour for more crisper and better taste.
  • Can add your favorite vegetable fruits and vegetables.
