Simple effective exercises to get rid of fat thighs and get slim lower body

Following simple exercises will help to work out thigh muscles that helps to tone and make thighs slim. Moreover, doing these exercises regularly helps to improve the uneven fat on lower body, tones and tighten the muscles which make leg look more slender. This results in perfect lower body line.

 

 

Simple effective exercises to get rid of fat thighs and get slim lower body

2. Raise your buttocks up, hands stretched perpendicular to the ground. Hold it for 20 seconds and repeat 3 more times.

3. Lie on your back on the floor or yoga mat, knees bent together. Let the calf close to perpendicular to the ground, palms and  feet touching the ground.

4. Lift right knee straight up about 45 degrees.

5. Lift up till waist, hands stretched up perpendicular to the ground.

Move tip of left foot’s toe up while lifting upper body up and down while lying on the ground. Switch and repeat with other legs. Repeat 10 times.

POINT: While lifting tiptoe up of one foot, keep other leg straight.
